Mushrooms are my favourite.Whatever you cook with it tastes wonderful. And it cooks so fast and its more healthy and yummy too. This dish is the combination of mushrooms with exotic spices marinated to give a wonderful aroma. The fresh cream added to this gives a rich creamy taste. And capsicum blends with the masala and makes it more delicious.Go ahead and try this and let me know your views…

Preparation
Marinate the sliced mushrooms with all the ingredients given under marination.Leave it for atleast 30 mins.
Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and tomato puree and fry till the raw smell goes off.
Add the marinated mushroom and saute. Add half cup water and let the mushrooms cook and the masala smell goes off.
Now add the capsicum and mix well and Keep in medium flame and allow to boil for 5 more mins .Check the seasoning (We added salt in marination so add only if required).
Add the fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves and give a good mix and switch off the flame.
This goes well with roti /Naan or even with pulao.
Notes:
I used red capsicum You can use any colour you want.Capsicum will cook fast so we are adding it little later .Take care not to overcook the capsicum ,if it remains crunchy it will enhance the taste.
