Chilli powder / Milagai thool – 1 tsp
Corriander powder / Kothamalli thool – 1 tsp

For Tempering
Cinnamon sticks / Pattai - 2 or 3 small pieces
Cardamom / Elachi - 2
Cloves / Kirambu – 2 or 3
Fennel seeds / Sombu – 1/2 tsp

Preparation
Grab the needed ingredients.
Heat oil in a kadai and add the tempering ingredients and fry for a min .
Add the ginger garlic paste and the onion puree and fry for 2-3 mins..
Add the tomato puree and fry till oil separates (will take 2-3 mins).
Add the turmeric powder and mix it .
Add the chilli powder give a good mix.
Add the corriander powder and mix well.
Add the chicken masala powder and mix well. ( I used store bought Aachi chicken masala powder , you can use your favourite brand ).
Now add the cleaned chicken pieces and coat them well with the masala .
Throw in the curd and give it a good mix .
Keep in medium flame and cover the kadai with a lid and allow the chicken to cook ( no need to add water as the chicken oozes out water).
Add required salt and cook well till the meat gets tender and you can see the oil oozes out from the sides ( will take 20-25 mins in medium low flame , stir in between to avoid burning ).
Notes :
- Adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
- Add curry leaves while tempering for nice flavour.
look tempting, feel to have it right now for dinner
